This is the show open for the highly successful live concert series "Crossroads." The concert pairs two unlikely performers together, performing each other's material together on one stage. The direction that was chosen was to animate a poster, giving the viewer an active feeling of a watching a poster being silkscreened. A high-resolution, three-color handmade poster was created showcasing a grainy paper and textured ink. The style of poster was modeled after a classic Hatch Show Print live concert poster, with bold wood-block type lettering and patriotic stars and stripes shapes. At the end of the show open, the camera pulls back on the finished poster to reveal a wall of posters and zooms back in and lands on the show logo.
